Since we look at the world through a screen of thinking, what we think determines what we see. What we see determines how we feel. You can’t choose what you feel, but you can choose what you think. If you feel like you lack the ability to choose your thoughts, then just simply watch the thoughts. Become the observer of the mind. The first step to living a happy life is to break away from the chatter box in our minds that puts a negative filter on everything.
